There is something healing about being able to pause, take a breath, and reflect on your life in the company of kind women.

Twice each month, we gather for a gentle practice known as the Examen—a simple way of looking back over the week we have lived and looking ahead to the week that is coming.

Together, we will take time to notice:

• Where we experienced joy, beauty, gratitude, or unexpected gifts

• The challenges, disappointments, or struggles we encountered

• What may be asking for our attention, care, or compassion

• The invitations that seem to be emerging for the week ahead

There is no pressure to share. You are always welcome to participate at the level

that feels comfortable to you.

After our reflection, those who wish may share a portion of their experience with the group. We will hold space for one another with compassion, encouragement, affirmation, and blessing.

My hope is that this circle becomes a place where women can rest from the demands of daily life, reconnect with themselves, and remember that they do not have to walk alone.

Whether you are feeling weary, lonely, overwhelmed, hopeful, curious, or simply longing for meaningful connection, you are welcome here.
